Cultivation & Post Harvest

Provide strategy and advisement for start-up or established cultivation operations in propagation, vegetative, flowering and post harvest stages which include but are not limited to environmental control, organic and/or conventional nutrition, feeding schedules, plant maintenance schedules, IPM practices, quality control, automation, plant movement, workflow/labor reduction, labor scheduling ,access control, security, drying, curing, processing, packaging, safety and OSHA compliance, green and hazardous waste management.

 

Facility Design

Strategy and design assist working in conjunction with architect, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and geotechnical engineers for site prep, utilities (including CHP and renewable energy if applicable), property and premises, security, controlled environment or passive greenhouses, controlled environment indoor facilities, traditional row crop, automation, fertigation, irrigation, post harvest processing
infrastructure, headhouse, sanitation and clean rooms.

 

Equipment Selection

Provide strategy, recommendations and solutions for Tools, IPM Equipment, Lighting Automation Equipment, Transportation Equipment and Environmental Controls.

 

Data Management
